What is song structure?
Song structure refers to the organisation of a song, using different distinct sections. Yet sometimes this isn't the case.
There are six typical parts to a song. These are as follows: intro, verse, pre-chorus, chorus, bridge and outro.
Song structures are integral in the music industry. They are everything to gaining an audience members attention. Different genres have different structures which are known to get the viewers eyes. Therefore, as a songwriter, it is your job to engage the audience and make it easy for them to stay engaged.
